Our response to COVID-19

We have been providing updates to our customers explaining how we have put in place ‘working from home’ procedures to allow our employees to continue providing services in the safety of their own homes.

In light of the government advice and regulations regarding the effective ‘lockdown’ of most of the nation, we are continuing with our work to ‘right-size’ the business to meet demands whilst protecting the employment and income of our staff.

We are maintaining a core team of staff members who are still available to meet the ever-changing level of demand from our customers and so, please rest assured, we do have sufficient resources in place to continue to provide essential services. All of this is, of course, subject to Government instructions and so we will monitor the situation carefully, and act accordingly.

As ever, wherever possible we are trying to resolve customer issues remotely and only attending customer premises if absolutely necessary, once the health risks and Government instructions have been considered.
