Alpine Fine Foods provides a food wholesale and delivery service to businesses across the whole of the UK with a product range of over 3,500 lines.



Alpine required improved print management solutions in order to gain better control of costs, as well as the introduction of automated finance systems to help manage the purchase and sales ledger transactions dealt with by the Accounts department. In addition, better information needed to be presented to assist in logistics planning.

IT@Spectrum have met Alpine’s print/copy/scan management needs for over 10 years and during this time, have always ensured that Alpine have use of the latest print technology from world-leading manufacturer, Canon. Initially, replacing the existing equipment with a reduced number of more efficient and less-costly devices delivered immediate savings on print costs as well as energy consumption and reduced downtime. These benefits have simply continued throughout the duration of our relationship. To Alpine, health & safety, hygiene and compliance are of paramount importance, and the professionalism, understanding and integrity of the IT@Spectrum support teams was a key factor in the decision-making process, particularly considering some of the sensitive and secure areas of the customer’s business.
