Ken Sturdy.

Managing Director

Ken began his career at IT@Spectrum in the 1980’s as a service technician, progressing through service management into sales and general management. Ken has a logical, process driven approach to structuring and growing a customer focused, sales led business, and believes that if the IT@Spectrum team know clearly what they are required to do, believe that it’s right, are able to do it and ultimately want to do it, then spectacular results can be achieved.

Tim Davison.

Commercial Director

Tim has 30 years' industry experience and has been pivotal in the building of the support teams within the business since 1997. As a highly respected industry specialist, Tim works closely with Canon’s UK and European technical development teams. This strong relationship has enabled Tim to both pilot and shape all of Canon’s advanced cloud-based support platforms since 2005. Tim takes the leading role in the recruitment of our younger staff, often through School or College project work. Because of the close links with Colleges and Schools, Tim has become an education representative for regional employers, particularly within the technology sector.

Aeon Harwood.

Innovation Director

Aeon quickly progressed to Operations Manager and subsequently to Director after being involved in the Management buyout in 2003. Aeon established the Professional Services function to introduce new products and services, integral in the company’s evolution from document output to document management and now information management specialists.

Graham Frankish.

Sales Director

Graham Frankish is joint Sales Director, providing a wealth of knowledge and support to our growing sales team. Graham joined IT@Spectrum in 1994 and in addition to his sales leadership role, he continues to look after the majority of our corporate clients.

Lee Evans.

Sales Director

Lee has been with IT@Spectrum for 15 years in sales and sales leadership positions. Lee has an abundance of experience advising organisations on how best to manage their print and improve business processes. Lee is in day-to-day control of the sales team with a particular emphasis on the company’s Leeds operation.

Rob Cavill.

Operations & Marketing Director

After joining the team in 2016, Rob manages the company’s growing Marketing department and, as an experienced manager, has general responsibility for managing workplace operations and providing valuable input on the strategic direction of the business. Rob qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and advises the company on a variety of contractual and compliance matters.

Katrina Ellam.

Finance Director

Katrina joined the team in 2004 and gained valuable company knowledge by working in various positions within the Finance and Operational functions. After achieving an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting with the Chartered Institute Of Management Accountants, Katrina became Finance Director and now heads our busy finance team.

Sally Kemp.

HR & Support Manager

Sally has 30 years' experience, predominately in support and customer service functions. She has an in-depth knowledge of logistics, planning and customer service operations. Sally heads up our HR function and has achieved Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development status.

Lee Attwood.

Field Support Manager

With an engineering background, Lee takes on the day-to-day management of the support and software helpdesk technicians and deals with all field and helpdesk issues. Lee also coordinates the implementation of any output management projects, ensuring a successful outcome for each client.

Jim Barrett.

Software Support Manager

Jim started his career with IT@Spectrum in 1989 as a service technician progressing through the various grades and then into IT management. Jim was also involved in the formation of our Professional Services function and helped to deliver numerous solutions to customers. With the vast knowledge gained over the years, Jim now manages our Software Support Team and internal IT systems.

Jane Harper.

Learning & Development Manager

Jane brings a wealth of expertise to the IT@Spectrum team. Formally Head of Learning & Development at Canon (UK) Ltd, she has worked with the company for many years and runs ‘The Spectrum Faculty,’ our innovative in-house training and development programme.

Josh Powley.

Professional Services Practice Manager

Josh started his working career with our Professional Services team and has helped shape and evolve the department over the years. In 2018 Josh became our Professional Services Practice Manager and now looks after the overall deployment of our customer’s software solutions.
