Graham Frankish.

Sales Director

Graham Frankish is joint Sales Director, providing a wealth of knowledge and support to our growing sales team. Graham joined IT@Spectrum in 1994 and in addition to his sales leadership role, he continues to look after the majority of our corporate clients.

Lee Evans.

Sales Director

Lee has been with IT@Spectrum for 15 years in sales and sales leadership positions. Lee has an abundance of experience advising organisations on how best to manage their print and improve business processes. Lee is in day-to-day control of the sales team with a particular emphasis on the company’s growth strategy.

Ray Moloney.


As a seasoned professional, Ray brings with him over 30 years’ experience in the print industry, running a highly successful business in the North East for the last ten years. Ray has developed a strong client base in the region and his resulting portfolio comprises a number of household names and Ray’s passion for the role sees him take a hands-on approach to customer service in order to exceed day-to-day expectations. Out of hours, Ray is a frustrated Newcastle United fan and enjoys playing taxi driver to his growing family.

Aaron Brown.

Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, Aaron advises a wide range of organisations on how they can improve their internal business processes, through print and information management. Aaron has been with IT@Spectrum for over 5 years and has become one of our most consistent and reliable experts. His straight-forward and honest approach makes Aaron a popular Account Manager amongst our customers. In his spare time, Aaron is a keen football fan and Golfer and enjoys travelling with his wife and two sons.

Adrian Lockyer.

Senior Account Manager

Adrian has been with IT@Spectrum since 1993 and, during this time, has worked in a variety of roles throughout the business. Initially working as a photocopier engineer, Adrian is now one of our most dependable Senior Account Managers, having gained the respect and trust of countless customers over the years. Adrian is a keen Hull City supporter and also enjoys cycling and spending time with his young family.

Jon Vernoum.

Business Development Executive

Jon joined the team in 2016 having previously worked in various roles within the professional print industry. As one of our Business Development Executives, Jon works in the commercial sales environment with a natural lean towards the manufacturing and professional services sectors. Jon is a keen sportsman and can often be found playing golf or on summer cycle rides. Jon retains his passion for football and still wishes he was fit enough to play!

Neil Wells.

Business Development Executive

Having worked in the health and fitness industry for the last 13 years, with clients including our Managing Director, Neil joined IT@Spectrum as a Business Development Executive in 2013. Neil’s integrity and passion for business and technology means that he is ideally suited to work closely with our customers. Maintaining his passion for health and fitness, Neil continues to train some of his former clients on evenings and weekends, and when he is not in the gym, he loves spending time with his wife and children.

Steve Woolsey.

Senior Account Manager

Steve is one of our Senior Account Managers and has worked at IT@Spectrum for over 20 years. With a focus on the Lincolnshire region, and with particular expertise in the Education sector, Steve is a dependable member of the Spectrum family, recognising the importance and value of account and relationship management. In his spare time, Steve is an avid sports fan, with a diverse range of interests including, football, cricket, rugby, darts, Formula 1 and athletics. More recently, Steve has also taken up golf.

Tom Olsson.

Business Development Executive

Tom joined IT@Spectrum in February 2018. Tom has an academic background, graduating from the University of Central Lancaster with first-class honours in Law with Mediation. He has recently begun his career in sales as our Business Development Executive, his enthusiasm for the Technology sector makes him a great addition to the team. Tom is an active Manchester United fan and a keen sportsman, playing both rugby and football in his spare time.

Abbie Holmes.

Operations Manager

Abbie loves the jobs that the sales team can’t or won’t do! She is a vital cog in the wheel and, without her, her colleagues would not have the time to focus on helping our customers and their businesses. As Sales Administrator, Abbie manages our sales order processes, arranges customers reviews and tracks KPIs. A big fan of Netflix and a novice gym user, in her spare time Abbie is also a diehard foodie and has recently rediscovered her passion for baking.

Richard Fishburn.

Business Process Consultant

Richard works with documents wherever they are in their lifecycle, he supports our commercial team by designing bespoke solutions that deliver greater efficiencies and cost savings for our clients. Rich “Fish” Fishburn is our resident Ray Mears, not only is he a leader for his local Scout group, he counts hill walking, mountain biking and “wild camping” amongst his top hobbies. Having recently joined IT@Spectrum, Richard will be a great addition to our Professional Service team.

Jon Kirk.

Practice Co-ordinator

Jon has been at IT@Spectrum for 2 years and is a valued member of the professional services team. He comes from a background in Mapping Software, where he dealt with all aspects from sales and implementation, to training and consultancy, all of this is a far cry from his early grounding in the Construction industry. Jon enjoys spending time with his family, paint balling with friends, and gaming.

Aeon Harwood.

Director & Business Process Consultant

Aeon quickly progressed to Operations Manager and subsequently to Director after being involved in the Management buyout in 2003. Aeon established the Professional Services function to introduce new products and services, integral in the company’s evolution from document output to document management and now information management specialists.
